Lvl 102: Lazy Leader vs. Belligerent Boss

No one likes the belligerent boss, micro-managing every single goddamn task. No one likes the guy (or gal) who demands their way no matter what. Do they hold a position of power? Sure. Are they by all means "successful"? Why not. But what they're missing is...likeability. A person who demands certain rules to be followed (which s/he may or may not follow themselves), sets rigid plans without any flexibility, and gives "approval" at best rather than genuine encouragement... Face it, is just immensely unlikable. Not only that but they have to work their ass off to achieve such status. They have to manipulate their way to get people to submit. They have to use fear. And think about all the energy it takes to micro manage someone. Seriously. I mean it's basically doing the other person's job, without actually physically doing it. See, there's a difference between a Lazy Leader and a Hardworking Manager or Belligerent Boss, if you will. One is rather heated and unruly, the other cool and laid back. Now of course, getting other people to do shit for you is probably one of the laziest things you can do. But there's a "chill" way to go about it and there's no need to be so forceful or demanding.
